Estate Rules

Here are some rules that need to be abided by when visiting us:

No quad bikes or motorcycles are allowed on the estate.
No picking of flowers, bones or rocks from the veld.
No littering.
No urinating or defecating in the veld.
Use only the main gate for entry. Do not use the service gate.
No swimming or boating in any dam or river. Float tubes are allowed for fishing only.
No fires or gas braais on the common ground. Demarcated areas must be used.
Do not exceed a speed limit of 30 km per hour.
When driving at night, use only the dim lights.
No game drives will be permitted after 8pm.
No loud noises, or radios to be heard.
Only homeowners may fish in the dams.
No catch and release, once the fish is caught it will be paid for.
Only standard flies and fly rods to be used. No live bait will be allowed.
The cleaning service must be booked in advance.
Misconduct of any of these rules will result in a R2000 spot fine.

Owners and guests visiting should drive slowly and with caution to ensure a safe and trouble-free journey.
